Organizations of the non-profit sector as a new actor of lobbying activities of the Russian political system

The article analyzes the lobbying activities of non-profit organizations in Russia. The non-profit sector is a specific structure that has its own peculiarities, including peculiarities of legislative registration, which is a key problem on the way to the formation of effective activities by NPOs. One of the effective lobbying mechanisms in Russia is to attract public attention. Nevertheless, despite the transparency of this process, most Russian citizens do not believe in lobbying and often associate it with crime and corruption.

Keywords: non-profit organizations, lobbying activities, actor, political system, state, society.

It is the development of ethno-tourism along with other types of tourist activity that will allow the region to successfully move in a given direction. The article sets out the theoretical and applied foundations of the communicative and regulatory components of religion in the socio-political life of Russian society, which is in a state of transformation and political change. The author made an attempt to consider the influence of moral incentives of politics and religion on people's behavior. The relevance of the article is due to the multidimensionality of the relations between religion and politics, which requires a detailed study of the mechanisms used in politics for the purposeful coordination of the processes taking place in Russian society. Determining the significance of the political will and moral attitudes of our compatriots, in conjunction with the management decisions they make, play an important role for modern Russian society. According to the author, in modern society, political culture is a symbiosis of the level of civilization and religious traditions. The potential of Ufa museums in the formation of visitor identities

The article is an attempt to understand the influence of museums on the formation of visitor identities. The object of the study were four museums in the capital of Bashkortostan - Ufa: the National Museum of Bashkortostan (central branch), the Museum of Sh.A. Khudaiberdin, Museum of S.T. Aksakov and Museum of M.V. Nesterov. The study showed that most of the events of the National Museum of Bashkortostan are aimed at the formation and maintenance of Bashkortostan and Bashkir identities. Some meetings are held in the Bashkir language, and the main audience of thematic evenings are Bashkirs (to a lesser extent Tatars and Russians). The Khudaiberdin Museum is orientated on Bashkir culture of the Soviet period, which at the same time does not turn into nationalism.
