The newly discovered cultural heritage of Crimea is the result of infrastructure projects
After the reunification of Crimea with Russia, many questions of arranging the peninsula, which required the implementation of major infrastructure projects, were urgent. Improvement of the un counter-terrorist activity
An analysis of the main directions of improving the UN anti-terrorist activities made it possible to determine their relevance and importance for increasing the effectiveness of countering terrorism. The first direction - the development of a comprehensive convention - is still relevant, based on the anticipated consequences of adoption. The second - the fight against the financing of terrorism - requires a return to the agreements outlined in the UN Charter. The global globalization of the fight against terrorism and its financing must be supported by all states. The need to confront financing through unification is almost the main direction that can lead the struggle from abstract to concrete. The UN is one of the most universal and global organizations in the world, as a result of which abandonment of it can become a sure road to chaos for the world. Consequently, the need for current changes is due to the desire to maintain the effectiveness of this tool based on broad consensus.
Keywords: Comprehensive Convention, UN, terrorism, confrontation, fight against financing, Counter-Terrorism Directorate, UN Security Council.

Features and differences of the definition of international jurisdiction in the civil process
At present, the possibility of interaction between states and the expansion and softening of borders is of increasing importance. The processes of globalization, the development of commercial, civil and labor relations between representatives of different states have led to interaction in these areas, and requires close cooperation between states in the field of justice as well. The need to determine international jurisdiction in civil matters is an important part of an EMP. Often, parties cannot agree on certain issues, and judicial intervention is required. Having resolved a case in a court of one state, as a general rule, it will be valid only within the territory of that state. There is a need to recognize and enforce this judgment in the territory of another state. Here a large number of problems are encountered, the complexity and versatility of the procedures by which a person can exercise their right to judicial protection. The problems of applying the decisions of foreign courts in the Russian Federation are very interesting from a theoretical and practical point of view. In the Russian legal system, regulation of this issue over the past fifteen years has changed dramatically. Thus, the domestic legal system moved from the rules of Soviet law, which still dominated in the Russian Federation in the 1990s, to a more developed system of existing legislation.
Keywords: Russian Federation, international private law, domestic law, judicial system, jurisdiction, jurisdiction, jurisdiction.

The gender aspect of labor in the Republic of Dagestan: a sociological analysis
In July 2019, an ethnosociological study was conducted by the staff of the Center for the Study of Border Regions of the Institute for the Study of Cross-Border Regions at the Institute of Physics and Technology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, entitled “Labor and Economic Life in the Republic of Dagestan, North Caucasus Federal District”. This work was made possible thanks to financial support from KIAS RFBR. During the study, 200 respondents and 10 experts were interviewed. Experts were scientists - sociologists and demographers, lawyers and employees of the Ministry of Labor and Employment of the Republic of Dagestan. The following aspects of the labor and economic activities of citizens were investigated: the importance of labor, satisfaction with the level of remuneration, the ability to realize one’s creative potential, as well as intellectual abilities and labor skills, opportunities for expanding one's professional horizons. The attitude of citizens of the republic to such realities of modernity as the need for the development of new knowledge and skills, self-employment, individual and collective work, extended working hours and overtime work is studied. Part of the study concerned the issues of gender stereotype of labor, the degree of women's involvement in the economic life of the republic, the impact of maternal employment on the situation in families. The concept of “labor” was considered from two points of view: both as the main source of replenishment of the family budget, and as a way of social and professional self-realization. The phenomenon of unemployment is considered separately: to what extent it is prevalent in the region, what measures are preferred by citizens to prevent job loss.
Keywords: physical and intellectual labor, economic activity, temporary work, information technology, financial resources, salary, intelligence, informal economy, development economy, state work, temporary, permanent, fixed salary, intellectual opportunities.

National pride - wine-making traditions in Crimea
The article received coverage of the problem of preserving one of the main traditions of the south of Russia - viticulture and winemaking. After many years of decline of this industry in the Crimea, a rapid revival of the wine production process began. This is facilitated by state concern related to the adoption of the law on viticulture and winemaking in Russia. Winemakers are also interested in the international recognition that they receive at prestigious competitions.
Keywords: Crimea, history of winemaking, viticulture, agricultural company, International Competition named after Leo Golitsyn.
