Global digitalization of various spheres of industry and business in the context of the transition from the "Society 4.0" strategy to the "Society 5.0" strategy
The article examines the socio-economic issues relating to the transition from the strategy of "industry 4.0" strategy "Society 5.0". It is shown that active digital transformation now becomes the main direction of economic development in many countries and serves as the basis of forming a "Society 5.0". The author substantiates the idea that the strategy of "Society 5.0" covers the period of total digitalization and technology development, which determined the development of industry and manufacturing sector. The author comes to the conclusion that "Society 5.0" is a stage that inevitably follows the information society, and it expands the program of the "Industry 4.0" strategy beyond the production sector. The article shows that the trend of digital transformation cannot be stopped, and it radically changes aspects of society, including governance, industrial structure, and employment. It is shown that "Society 5.0" is based on the integration of physical and cyberspace to solve social problems, allowing people to live as comfortably as possible through technological innovations. The obstacles that should be overcome in the transition from "Industry 4.0" to "Society 5.0"are highlighted. It is emphasized that the basis for the transition to the strategy "Society 5.0" is the program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation".

A forgotten anniversary: on the evaluation of Robert Owen's activities one hundred years ago and now
This year the world celebrated the 250th anniversary of the birth of the British social reformer Robert Owen. Within the framework of communist ideology, Owen was ranked among the utopian socialists, whose works acted as a source and an integral part of Marxism. Now we began to look at Owen's activities more broadly, seeing in it the beginnings of proposals for the development of cooperative and trade union movements, the theory of labor organization and a complex of concepts of education and upbringing.

Algorithm of functioning of organizational and economic mechanism of risk management at the agricultural enterprise with the help of the risk passport
The article considers the algorithm of functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism of risk management at agricultural enterprises, which provides a definition of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing economic risks at agricultural enterprises, within which this mechanism is represented by a set of methods and means of influencing the object of management under the influence of external and internal environmental factors aimed at reducing risk. On the example of LLC "Agrotech-Garant Shcherbakovskoye" of the Alekseevsky district of the Belgorod region, the developed algorithm for the functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism for risk management at an agricultural enterprise with the help of a risk passport is tested, where the stages of risk management at an agricultural enterprise are considered in detail: determining the goals and parameters of the risk being solved - problems, identifying external and internal risk factors, identifying risk factors, identifying risk factors , risk analysis, risk assessment, development and implementation of risk management measures, synthesis of the results of the measures taken and preparation of proposals. The article also discusses the risk passport, which is represented by a set of information about the risk area, risk criteria, as well as instructions on the use of the necessary methods to manage or minimize risk. The graphic content of the risk passport for agricultural enterprises is shown by the author on the developed layout.

Changes in civil legislation on termination of attorneys
The article discusses changes in civil legislation on the termination of powers of attorney. Much attention is paid to the shortcomings and positive factors of publishing the cancellation of powers of attorney in the media publishing information about bankruptcy, as well as in the Unified Information System of Notaries. A method for solving negative factors when publishing excellent powers of attorney in «Kommersant» edition is proposed.

New time and new requests to decipher the paradigm "time is money"
The article contains an analysis of such a direction of street painting as graffiti. The author drew attention to the paradox associated with the fact that the theme of money had previously developed in classical painting, whose works forced the viewer to thoughtfully approach the problem of the relationship between time and money. But contemporary street artists not only found an opportunity to convey the meanings of the "time is money" paradigm in the language of graffiti, but also to expand this problematic by filling it with significant social and ethical content.

Development of the concept of "learning and development" in the system of personnel policy for retraining and advanced training of personnel
Modern companies focused on sustainable development in the long term, long before the COVID-19 pandemic, actively used the advantages of corporate training as a factor in the reproduction of professional competencies of employees. With the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, the need for training and development (learning and development - L&D) of personnel has intensified due to the need to restructure the employment system – primarily when switching to remote workplaces.
The role of training and development continues to expand, and many top managers and company owners encourage and support change initiatives in their organizations.
The article discusses the current trends in the development of corporate professional development programs and retraining of employees, unified in the concept of training and development. The most popular technologies of corporate training in the context of the transition to virtual, distance learning are identified, data from analytical agencies reflecting the dynamics of the digital learning market are presented.

The article is devoted to the study of the problems of training personnel for charitable activities and issues of professional competence in the charitable sphere. The issues of personnel training and training of employees to work in charitable organizations are becoming relevant. The purpose of the work was to study the system of personnel training and training of employees and volunteers of the charitable sphere, to study the trends in the development of the necessary set of professional competencies of employees of charitable organizations, to identify the requests of managers responsible for training and staff development in the company. the results of the conducted research indicate that there is currently a need for an information campaign about the value and importance of training and development of employees of charitable organizations.
