Features of approaches to the study of ways to improve the properties of shotcrete
The article discusses the features of approaches to the study of ways to improve the properties of shotcrete. It was revealed that various authors in the course of conducting experimental studies used different methods for the above purposes, As a result, it was determined that the improvement of the properties of shotcrete is achieved through the use of astringent additives, various accelerators widely used in shotcrete to ensure rapid setting and hardening, as well as nanosilicon.
Keywords: shotcrete, construction, binders, accelerators, nanosilicon.

Methods of connecting structural elements of prefabricated monolithic buildings
The paper considers the features of the connection of structural elements of prefabricated monolithic buildings. The author comes to the conclusion that almost all the works under study focus on the seismic stability of such compounds, which suggests that under normal conditions their strength will be quite high.
Keywords: prefabricated monolithic structures, joints, carbon fiber, modeling, cyclic loading.

Prevention of accidents that occur during construction work (experience of foreign countries)
Numerous fatal accidents occur periodically in the construction industry. In order to prevent accidents, various measures are applied, such as the development of innovative safety and health management systems, the standardization of workplaces, etc. However, industrial accidents in the construction industry in a number of countries still account for about 40% of the total number of accidents in all industries. Consequently, new and effective measures are required to prevent accidents at work.

Methodology for ensuring the quality and safety of civil buildings during their construction through risk-based control, analysis of the significance of defects, evaluation and regulation of the accuracy of processes, improvement of the quality assurance system
The article discusses the most effective methods of conducting construction control, their analysis is carried out. The article also suggests the method of risk-based control as a method of improving the quality assurance system of construction work control. The article presents the dynamics of accidents of construction buildings and structures on a global scale and on the territory of the Russian Federation. During the entire construction of buildings and structures, control should be carried out. The use of a ris-oriented quality approach will provide control over complex indicators by applying relative indicators of the load-bearing capacity of buildings and structures.

"Unprecedented atrocities were perpetrated by the invaders in the temporarily occupied territory of the Crimean ASSR": Report of the Crimean Republican Extraordinary Commission on investigation of the crimes committed by Nazi invaders named «About results of accounting the damage caused by Nazis and investigation of the crimes committed by the invaders in the Crimean ASSR»
Let me introduce the new publication of the document entitled «Report on the results of accounting the damage and investigation of atrocities committed by Nazis in the Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic», which is stored in the State Archive of the Republic of Crimea in the fund of the Crimean Republican Extraordinary Commission for the identification and investigation of atrocities committed Nazi invaders and the damage they caused to citizens, collective farms, public organizations, state enterprises and institutions of the Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic (SARC. F. R-1289). The document contains a report of the Crimean Republican Commission which functioned from 5th June to May 1945 on the results of recording the damage caused by the Nazi invaders and their accomplices during the occupation of the peninsula. An analysis of the content in the document shows that it was prepared in a hurry and does not reflect the full scale of the disasters experienced by Crimea during the war. The incompleteness of the document should be explained not only by the haste of its preparation, but also by keeping in secret many tragic facts of the history of Crimea during the Great Patriotic War. (For example, the tragic fate of the last thousands defenders of Sevastopol became widely known only during the Khrushchev “thaw”. Today, contrary to information provided at the very beginning of the published report, it is known that the last defenders of Sevastopol did not hold until July 1, but almost until mid-July 1942). At the same time, the report is of serious scientific and public interest for the reason that in 1945, on the eve of the Nuremberg trials, in Moscow it was mainly judged by it about the damage done to Crimea by the occupiers.
The Report seems to consist into two parts: first, contains an information about what Crimea was in the social, national economic, scientific, cultural, health resort and other sectors before the start of the Great Patriotic War, then - about the damage that was caused these spheres by the Nazi invaders.
In 1973, the final part of the report, containing information about the damage was published in a collection of the Party Archives of the Crimean Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine and the Crimean Regional State Archives. I consider it expedient in the year of the 75th anniversary of the end of the Nuremberg Trials to publish the report of the Commission for the first time in full. It is more relevant since the information contained in the initial part of the published report testifies the achievements of the Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, formed 100 years ago, in 1921, by the beginning of the Great Patriotic War.

Characteristics of bilateral investment of China
One of the most significant developments in international investment law and policy over the past decade has been China's adoption of a new model for a bilateral investment treaty that covers rules commonly found in other countries. This led to the emergence of a universal investment protection model that changed the domestic policy of China and predetermined the liberalization of the Chinese economy. The article analyzes the statistical aspects of China's bilateral investments in modern conditions, on the basis of which their main structural characteristics are identified. It is concluded that a stable development environment has been formed in China, characterized by high attractiveness for international capital, but in order to intensify investment processes, it is necessary to solve the existing problems associated with the need for a deep understanding of the national conditions, laws and markets of the country in which the investment is made.

Application of the Lean Six Sigma Methodology Tool Value Stream Map (QMP) to diagnose existing processes that are planned for improvement, to determine the need to apply DMAIC
The possibility of using the tool of the Lean methodology Six Sigma Value stream map (VSM) in order to diagnose existing processes planned for improvement, to determine the need for DMAIC is considered. The existing procedure for applying the five stages of the Lean Six Sigma DMAIK methodology (OIASK): determination, measurement, analysis, improvement and control, does not always allow making an informed decision about the need to use a full-fledged DMAIK with 100% accuracy. The approach of using the QPSC at the first stage will allow you to concentrate on the most important issues and get a more significant and high-quality result. If this action is not performed, but following the standard path, it is highly likely to come to an understanding that there is no need to use a full-fledged DMAIK at the second stage M (Measure-Measurement), having spent such expensive resources as management time, working time of workers involved in the process, working time black, green and yellow belts. In the modern world, this is an impermissible waste, since the use of these resources should be aimed at achieving specific indicators that affect the achievement of existing goals.
The activity of the energy sales company is analyzed for the use of the approaches of the Lean methodology Six Sigma. The positive effect of the proposed application of the CPSC at an early stage and a significant saving in human labor costs of workers involved in the implementation of projects are determined.
Keywords: Lean Six Sigma, DMAIK, VSM, Value Stream Map, efficiency, waste, lean manufacturing, process step, material flow, information flow.

Management of material and technical support of a construction organization in market conditions
The article studies the process of logistics and procurement management in the field of construction in market conditions. The author considers the composition and features of inventories in a construction organization. The efficiency of economic activities of organizations in the construction industry is primarily determined by the procurement management system. The need for working capital, their volume and costs of the enterprise depend on the amount of purchased raw materials and materials. Effective management of the procurement process of a construction organization contributes to increasing the value of the construction work performed by purchasing materials with the required characteristics and their delivery on time, ensuring a high level of quality for the customer and reducing the cost of material and technical resources. The theoretical basis of the study was the work of the authors in the field of management, construction economics and logistics activities, research in the construction industry, regulations in the field of procurement and data from the Federal State Statistics Service. The aim of the study is to analyze and propose ways to improve the efficiency of procurement management of a construction organization and reduce the time spent on operations for material and technical support in modern market conditions. According to the results of the study, it was concluded that the use of procurement management automation systems aimed at improving the procurement management system will allow obtaining the following results: reduction of time for performing procurement-related transactions; optimization of costs for material and technical supply; elimination of errors when performing procurement operations; improving cash flow control; proper accounting of documents; increasing the transparency of the procurement process for materials. The introduction of an effective procurement management system at an enterprise in the construction industry is necessary to automate the main processes of the organization's procurement activities: the process of forming contracts with suppliers, the process of filing applications, the process of selecting suppliers, etc.
Keywords: material and technical support, warehousing and storage, raw materials and materials, construction, regulation of the need for material and technical resources.
